Good hotel with its great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and fitness center. The staff's kindness to my elderly parents on my first visit is lovely. I recommend asking for help from Sebastian, who was amazing. I'm returning again for a weekend!

i had very nice days staying at this good all round hotel. everything was fairly clean and nice. the staff members were efficient and extraordinarily friendly. the room was great-sized and well-organised and provided with fridge, a microwave plus comfortable beds.

The property's location is comfortable, next to Uber, restaurants with the Manhattan Bridge and anywhere in Manhattan. I would not hesitate to return there, enjoyed this place.

Big & spotlessly clean hotel, its location is comfortable close to the subway entrance at the NW corner of Madison Street, Times square and central park, and superb Chinese restaurant literally around the corner.

It was a strong match for a short weekend trip in New York with definitely value for money. The staff were super friendly and helpful, made the stay more enjoyable. Make sure to get to breakfast early to avoid the rush.

Great Stay for Group Travelers

Location was great! Just a couple blocks from the metro and vibrant shops all around. The staff was super friendly during check-in, even gave us some tips on places to eat nearby.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still reasonable for what you get.

Spent 5 nights in a King Room. The attentive staff and comfortable, clean facilities stood out. Although the breakfast area felt a bit crowded, the variety offered compensated for it. A hidden gem near major attractions.

The area feels a bit dull, especially at night with limited nightlife nearby, which might not suit everyone's taste. While the breakfast options are acceptable, the seating area gets crowded quickly, so early risers might snag the best spots. Some minor features, like a sofa bed with uncomfortable springs, might disappoint if you're expecting a good night's sleep.

The gym is open 24/7, and our room featured a coffee machine and complimentary face cream. Such nice touches!
